Miss ZaMayne Mo'Ney Dargan, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 16, 2024. ZaMayne was born on October 30, 2002, to Latonya Dargan and Charles Burnett. "Mayy" was a nickname she gave herself.  She was a smart, funny, beautiful person inside and out, who loved to travel and see the world!  Anyone that crossed her path loved her and she loved them as well.

Mayy attended Achievable Dream Academy and graduated from Bethel High School.  She also attended Riverside Nursing to become an LPN.  May was employed at Uncle Nick's Premium Meats as a manager.  ZaMayne was a member at United Faith Ministries and was on the Praise Team.

ZaMayne is survived by her daughter Bri'Alle Williams; her partner for life, Brian Williams; her mothers, Latonya Dargan Brown, Shurkryiah Brown; her dad, Charles Burnett; her bonus dad, Nicholas Washington "Pop"; her grandmothers, Deborah Brown and Helen Monroe; her grandfathers, Larry Dargan and David Lynch; her sister, Tyra Carter; her brothers, Shakur Dargan, Malik Jerrigan, Carter and Jerome Burnett; her aunts, Shelly Dargan (Ricky), Dominique Lynch, Ameena Brown; her uncle, Jody; her godmother, Dariton aka "Molly" Holland; special cousins, Torey Dargan, Corey Dargan, ZeQuayah Shaw, Tyquail Dargan, Spirit Givens; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.

Viewing will be held 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2024 at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel, 1601-27th Street, Newport News, Virginia.  A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the funeral home.  The Interment will follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens, 155 Butler Farm Road, Hampton, Va.
