Obituary

Mr. Willis Alexander McMillan , affectionately known as "Chill Will," beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away suddenly on February 14, 2026, in Hampton, Virginia.

His unexpected departure has left a profound void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Born to Willis Curry and Hilda McMillan, Willis was a devoted son who carried forward the values of strength, loyalty, and love that they instilled in him.  He grew into a man known for his charismatic spirit and his remarkable ability to bring light to any situation.  No matter how heavy the moment, "Chill Will" had a way of offering comfort, laughter, and perspective to those around him.

Willis shared many years and meaningful memories with his wife, Alicia.  He was a devoted father to Jaida, Jordan, Aidan, and Christian.  His children were his pride and joy, and he poured his heart into guiding, protecting, and encouraging them.  Whether offering advice, cracking a joke, or simply being present, he made sure his children always felt supported and deeply loved.

Willis is also survived by his grandmother, Mary E. McMillan; loving sisters, LaToya McMillan and Diana Fenner; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; and friends turned family who cherished their unbreakable bonds with him.  He was a constant source of strength and encouragement in their lives.

Those who knew Willis will remember his warmth, his easy smile, and his unwavering dedication to the people he loved.  He had a generous heart and always looked out for family and friends, often putting others before himself.

His presence brought light into every room, and his legacy of love and resilience will live on through all who were blessed to know him.
