Walter Thomas (Wal Tee) Elam, Jr. entered eternal rest on Thursday, December 28, 2023 in the comfort of his residence.  Viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 12, 2024 at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel.  A Celebration of Life service will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2024 at United House of Prayer For All People.  Interment will be in Albert G. Horton Jr., Memorial Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
