Victor L. Holmes was a truly hardworking individual, born in North Carolina on August 4, 1967, to Leonard (Butch) and Kathleen Holmes. He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard Holmes Sr. He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Holmes; his brother, Leonard Holmes II; his sister, Donna Duke; his nieces, Micheala Martin and Christin Duke; and his beloved girlfriend, Angel Brooks. His spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel, 1601-27th Street, Newport News, Va. 23607.
