Obituary

Timothy "O'Sullivan" Miller , was born on April 27, 1964 to his loving parent's James and Shirley Miller at Jacoby Hospital in Bronx, NY.  He passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023.

He grew up loving music and basketball, attending August Martin High School in Queens, NY.  Tim enjoyed being the life of the party, telling jokes and playing music for his friends, sporting the DJ name "Chilly T" as he grew in his academics, he developed a love for cooking.  He later graduated from Culinary School.  Throughout his career, he worked at various culinary establishments showcasing his food to the public.

Tim later became a lead cook NYC Corrections and later on, Federal Corrections.  Tim was proud to overcome his challenges and became a leader and mentor to his peers celebrating over 30 years clean.  Tim enjoyed eating good meals at restaurants, watching Tyler Perry Movies and cooking meals for his friends.  He later developed his small catering business where he delighted others with his delicious cakes and treats.

After giving his life to the Lord, Tim became very active in the choir at Mt. Moriah AME church where at any given opportunity, he enjoyed showcasing his love for his Savior through his beautiful singing voice.

He leaves behind his mother, Shirley Miller; his wife, Letisha Brown-Miller; his daughter, Brianna Keaton (married to Londell Keaton); two bonus daughters, Parris and Tricia Elliott; his grandchildren, Kyle and London; bonus grandchildren, Naevia, Gabriella, and Gabriel; his sister, Kathy Barrows (married to Kevin Barrows); his nieces and nephews, Kenny, Nicole, Shania, Michael, Kevin and Shanell; dozens of cousins, and a lifetime of friends.

Waiting for him in heaven are; his father, James Miller; his son, Brandon Miller; his brothers, Kenny and Michael Miller; and his nephew, Anthony McGee.  Tim's laughter, coolness, and joyful spirit will leave a lasting legacy to everyone who was blessed to have known him.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 24, 2023 at Little Zion Baptist Church, 1824 W Queen St, Hampton, VA 23666.
