Susie Robinson, born October 8, 1928, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ on Sunday, July 26, 2026. She was preceded in death by all her brothers and sisters and her only daughter; Corinne.

Susie and her late sister; Annie B. Daniels (Madam) worked together many years running Madam Daniels School of Beauty Culture where Susie was an instructor and an operator.

She was a faithful member of Galilee Baptist Church, Pastor James Jones and his beautiful wife Lynnette, Newport News, VA. He and his wife were faithfully committed to her until the end/new beginning.

Her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews will cherish her memory.

We thank everyone who visited her and showed her their love during the years when she was no longer able to get out.

We are comforted by the knowledge that Susie kept the faith and finished her course.  We will see her again!

Going Home

Viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the Celebration of Life service starting at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 7, 2026 at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel.  Interment will be in Hampton Memorial Gardens.
