Samuel Elliott Turner affectionately known by " Sam " entered eternal rest on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.  He was born on December 17, 1968 to the late Ann Theresa Massie and Frank Roy. He was also preceded in death by his sister;  Virginia Ann Turner.

Sam is survived by his devoted stepdaughter; Aisha Talton, brothers; Steve Massie (Margie Reese Massie) and Frank Turner, niece; Jamica Montague and nephew; Jacori Hewitt.

A balloon release ceremony will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Forest Hill Park (Stone House) 4021 Forest Hill Avenue, Richmond, VA, 23225
