Mrs. Ruby F. Sparks , passed on October 2, 2025.Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 10, 2025 at Bethel A.M. Church, 2521 N. Armistead Avenue, Hampton, Va. A celebration of life service will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 2521 N. Armistead Avenue, Hampton, Va. Interment will follow in Hampton Memorial Gardens.
