Maggie Belle , entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at James River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Newport News, VA. She was born on June 26, 1949 in Chowan County, NC to the late Eakie and Mary Rumble.

Maggie was a graduate of Huntington High School Class of 1968. Her career began at Sentara Careplex formally known as Hampton General Hospital. She later retired in 2017 after working over 40 years. She was also a faithful member of Zion Baptist Church of Newport News, VA and served on the LTD Hospitality Club.

Maggie was preceded in death by her son Darnell Belle Jr, grandson Dontrell Belle, seven siblings, Shirley Felton, Joe Ann Debrule, Albert Rumble, Johnnie Rumble, Evelyn Rumble, James Rumble, and Daniel Rumble.

She leaves to cherish her memories, three sisters Kay Frances Alford (Hampton), Doris Smith (Hampton), Jacqueline Smith (Hampton), one brother Walter Rumble (Hampton), a grand- daughter, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the Celebration of Life service starting at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Zion Baptist Church.  Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Park.
