Jeron Jermaine Smith Sr. born August 29, 1985 in Camden, New Jersey. He passed away Monday, May 4, 2026.

He has five beautiful children, Angel Williams 19, Gianna Maxine Smith 11, Jeron J.Smith Jr. 10, Logan Lewis 8, Quadir Elijah Thompson 3. First and foremost he loved his children, Jeron was an awesome dad, always consistent with being involved. Almost everything he did was for his children. Jeron was a man of many skills.

At an early age he took interest in working on cars, he became a self-employed mechanic to many. He also took interest in Home improvement occasionally refurbishing. Later on he went to study for his CDL and accomplished. Not long after Jeron went on to Barber School. Jeron was a person that would help almost anyone that was in need. He loved peace and did what he could do to try and keep his family together. He had many who loved him for who he was, the heart that he had and the smile that he kept.

He will be truly missed and will always be with us in our hearts. The Lord has to take back one of his most needed Angels really early. He had gone on to continue his work for our heavenly Father in the Spirit. Jeron Smith father, the late Jeremiah Thomas Smith Sr., survived by his mother, Garland Teen Smith; 4 sisters and 2 brothers, Melissa Insaidoo, Lacinda Smith, Jeremiah Smith Jr., Josh (Jase) Smith, Felicia Smith and Carolyn Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held 12 Noon ,Thursday ,May 14, 2026 at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel, 1601-27th Street, Newport News,Va. 23607. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
