Diane Slater entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 in the comfort of her residence. Viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday, April 7, 2025 at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel. A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at Sixth Mt. Zion Baptist Temple. Interment will be in Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans cemetery at a later date.
