Deacon Garry 'Dooley' Reedy, 66, of Carrollton Virginia, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2024 at home.  He was born November 10, 1957 in Newport News.

He was proceeded in death by his beloved mother, Dorothy Reedy, and his brother, Daniel Reedy (Cynthia).

He leaves to cherish his memory a devoted wife, Kathy Davis Reedy; son, Garry Reedy II (Christy), daughter, Kristin Austin (Larry), grandchildren Decarra Walters, Jayla Reedy, MaKya Reedy, Christopher Austin, Lauren Austin, Romero Sanders; brother, Andre Reedy (Gail); and a host of beloved family and friends.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel, 1601-27th Street, Newport News, VA. 23607. The family welcomes you to wear Raiders gear, colors, or jerseys!
