Funeral Chapel, 1601-27th St. Newport News, VA. 23607. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 13, 2024 at Emmanuel Baptist Church 521 N. Avenue, Newport News, Va. Interment will be held at a later date in Albert F. Horton, Jr. Memorial Cemetery, Suffolk, Va.
