Mrs. Carolyn Coppin, of Newport News, Virginia, was born on October 27, 1957, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Ralph and Betty White.

Carolyn was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend.  She will be remembered for the love she shared with her family, the memories she created, and the special place she held in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.  Her presence brought warmth and love to those around her, and her memory will continue to live on through the family she cherished.

Carolyn leaves to cherish her memory her beloved son, Yusof Coppin; her siblings, Estelle Chinnis, Patricia White, Teresa White, Andre White (Beverly), and Keith White; her cherished grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Though Carolyn may no longer be with us in person, the love she gave and the memories she created will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew her. Her life was a gift, her memory a treasure, and she will be deeply missed.
