Beatrice Williams, 91, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at her residence.  She was born October 19, 1933 in Edgecombe, North Carolina.

Beatrice was proceeded by her mother, Minnie Davis Meeks; son, Leroy Williams, Jr.; and grandson, Bryan Williams.

Beatrice was a kind hearted and loving person.  She was known for her beautiful smile, encouraging words, and she had a sense of humor, and a listening ear.  She demonstrated that compassion to everyone she met.  She was bonus mom to many.  She remained strong throughout her faith. She was a dedicated member of Morning Star Baptist Church, attended Tuesday Bible Study, and served as a Senior Usher at the church.

Beatrice left to cherish her memories her two sons, Melvin Williams, Bobby Williams (Diane); one devoted daughter, Doris Baldwin; one favorite cousin, Clarence Davis; four grandkids Bobby Williams, Jr., Sterling Thornton, Unika Williams, Monique Williams; eight great grandkids Lyanna Williams, Ali Williams, Isabella Williams, Estella Williams, Tristan Evans, Riley Williams, Maya Williams, and Melany Williams; and several cousins, nieces and friends.

Viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the Celebration of Life service starting at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 4, 2025 at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel.  Interment will be in Hampton Memorial Gardens.
